Warranty materials and workmanship - Your purchase is warranted for material and/or workmanship defects for replacement within 30 days of purchase (buyer pays return postage).  Contact us at 1 (954) 237-4800 or defect@BestBikeSeat.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.  Due to the personal nature of the product all other returns are not accepted.
